Review: Maybelline Clear Smooth All In One Shine Free Foundation

So for my review here it goes:

I so dislike this product :(
Sad but true.

Why?

1. Because it breaks easily. I didn't even have a chance to finish the product since it tore apart.
2. It says at the back that it's "non-comedogenic" ,but to my surprise, pimples start to pop out of my face.
3. Even though it's cheap i will never buy this again since it'll ruin my skin especially my face.
4. It never conceals.

What i love about this:
1. Affordable
2. Comes in cute pink case w/ wide mirror
3. Doesn't make my face shine.
4. The SPF 25

But all in all, I will never try and will never buy this again.
Sigh for the cute pink case & SPF25.

Avon Ultra Color Rich Mega Impact Lipstick w/ SPF15

Bought this @ Avon. In Poppy Pink shade.

I chose this because it has SPF15, and yeah i’m really fond of using products w/ SPF on it.

U can avail this for p420 :)

For my review:

I chose this because the poppy pink in the brochure is lovable lol. i mean i fell in love with it’s shade of pink.

and when i got it already i am really really disappointed since it has shimmery touch of gold :\

you know how i love matte! (it’s not shimmering on ze pic)

and then when i tried it on, another disappointment! :D it’s not that pink on lips… all i see was ze gold shimmering on my lips with soooo little touch of pink..as in sooo little!

that’s not what it looks like on the brochure :\ really really sad bout it.

But thankfully when i got home, i opened my loot bag and found my matte lipstick. So whenever i use this i first apply the matte lipstick then i put this on top. Thankfully it went really really well…

Very beautiful and kissable! lol :*

This is my first mascara ever!
Since i am not fond of mascaras.
I'm more of a blush-powder-lipstick-eyeliner lady.

It's imported from Europe, not locally available in Philippines!

For my review, this is a Grade -OK mascara for me to start with.
It really doesn't gave me that volume that i am expecting.
As they say, don't expect too much so you won't end up disappointed!

Though it stays long & doesn't smudge.
I find it hard to be removed.
It made my lashes looks separated with one another because of the fat brush.
It's okay! not above nor below ;)

Review: Barefoot Lotion

BareFoot Softening Lotion
in peppermint&plum

I love bare foot lotion, i'm using this since high school.

I'm using heels everyday and it really soothes my tired/aching feet.

I apply it after removing my shoes, before bedtime and after bathing.

and yes it smoothed my dry skin located on my soles and heels!

A must try! :)

Print Leggings

I've been dreaming to wear one ever since the fashion industry level up the designs of printed leggings. Above is a picture taken from Forever 21. Printed bottoms such as this are hard to pull off especially if you're not that confident with what you wear. This floral print leggings captivated my eyes because of it's feminine touch.

Tips on how to wear Print-Leggings:
1. Partner it with loose top, off shoulder.
2. Bodycons can do a trick also.
3. As for top color choose : Plain only!!
4. As for shoes, it goes with everything. Flats, sandals, booties, etc. ;)

Hostage Drama of Mr.Mendoza from Hongkong People

All people around the world is holding their breathe while watching the hostage drama done by Mr.Mendoza at Quirino Grand Stand, Manila, Philippines last monday, August 23,2010.

The drama ended with so much blood and lives lost. :(

HongKong people are very very mad about us. They even hate Filipino workers in their country. Sad but that's the awful cause that we have to face and accept because of what happened.

I only hope and pray for them that they should think first before they act. And don't let their hatred eat their heart. In a family when there is a black-sheep there is also a good one and so does the Filipinos'.

Ms.Universe 2010, 4th Runner-Up Venus Raj

Well congratulations to our fellow Filipino. You made it to the 5th place out of 80. Not that bad,eh? Though many people have different reactions on what happened. Some says that you should answer it with your birth certificate thingy. Some understands you and took your side out of those who criticize you.

It just so happened that you're so confident and then nervous. lol.
Too bad you picked the wrong question. You should have been the Ms.Universe 2010.
